Your order will ship via UPS and you will receive a tracking number with updates. UPS is authorized to leave all packages at the destination without signature which will insure that your product will not melt due to multiple delivery attempts. The product will be expertly packaged with a sufficient amount of dry ice to prevent it from melting during transit. As stated on the package, please use caution and follow the instructions that are included for safe handling of the dry ice (do not touch dry ice with bare hands and keep away from children and pets). Dispose of any remaining dry ice by allowing it to evaporate in a well-ventilated area, not in the trash/garbage or sink. Do not store any remaining dry ice in your freezer as it may cause damage.
Your order will only ship Monday through Wednesday because it is a frozen shipment and will arrive in 5 – 10 business days from the day your order has been processed. To avoid transit over the weekend due to the perishable nature of the product, orders received late in the week will be held for shipping out the following week. We do not offer scheduled delivery.

We can only deliver to the lower continental 48 states. We are unable deliver to PO Boxes, A.P.O, or F.P.O addresses. International shipping is currently unavailable.
